“My husband and I got married on the 6th August 2014 and it was by far the most amazing day of our lives with thanks to Karen and Diego. We first met Karen and Diego in July 2013 and have been dealing with them from Ireland on a regular basis throughout the whole year via emails, texts, phone calls, viber, skype etc. and even then no matter what we needed to know or any questions we had they came back with answers almost immediately.

Karen is so open minded and wants to suit what the new bride and groom want for their special day rather than having a set few places that she only uses (like other planners do)

We first met Karen in July 2013 when we went and viewed numerous churches and venues, after talking to us and getting to know us throughout the year Karen had an idea of where she thought would be the ideal place for our wedding day and she was right. We got married in Madonna Della Rocca which we believe is the most beautiful church in Taormina set right up on top with outstanding views. We chose Villa Antonio for our wedding reception which cannot be faulted. It was spectacular in every way. Our guests were completely blown away by everything.

The day would not have been possible if it wasn’t for Karen’s organisation skills she organises EVERYTHING, Hair, makeup, transport, church, venue, flowers, photographers, music, folk groups anything you can think of she made sure that it was arranged right down to setting up the church and venue, including water available for the guests on arrival at the church. Karen and Diego made my husband and I feel so relaxed and left us feeling that we were all just there on holiday almost forgetting we were getting married. The whole day ran so smoothly from the minute we all woke up (as we were staying in the Lemon Tree, also highly recommended) Karen was there with a helping hand, greeting the Hair dressers and makeup artist organising the guests, who had also requested to get their hair done all while still checking that everything was going ok for the lads too. I felt so relaxed and could literally sit back and relax knowing Karen had everything and everyone under control. We also had a party of est 70 people up in the Lemon Tree the following day which was a huge success, Karen & Diego helped us order a crazy amount of delicious pizzas that were delivered in perfect timing for our guests who had all worked up an appetite playing numerous water volley ball matches.

If I can give any advice it would be to give the wedding DJ a play list of songs you like and want played on the night, everything else is amazing and Karen really has it all well covered. 

I just want to take this opportunity to say “Thank you Karen and Diego for everything.”
